Refund Policy – Conference & Workshop Registrations

Thank you for registering for our conference and/or workshop. We are committed to delivering a high-quality experience for all participants. If you are unable to attend or are dissatisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

Cancellation and Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email. The refund amount will depend on the timing of your cancellation:

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the event.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations within 14 days may be eligible for a 50% refund, less admin fees.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event or no-shows.

Substitutions

If you're unable to attend, you may send a substitute. Please inform us at least 3 days in advance.

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, you may choose to:

  • Receive a full refund, or
  • Transfer your registration to the new date or a future event.

We are not responsible for travel or accommodation expenses.

Digital Products & Access Passes

All sales of digital products (access passes, recordings, downloads) are final and non-refundable once accessed.

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 7 business days and issued to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.
